Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or replace your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 15 days from the ship date for any defected item. You can return your product for store credit minus a 15% restocking fee.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.

Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.

Returned items must have no signs of wear, smoke, pet hair, use, and/or not be otherwise resell-able.
- Cozy Mama Shirt Co. LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or replacement if these qualifications are not met.
To initiate a return or replacement, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.

Provide photo documentation of defect on item(s).

From there, Cozy Mama Shirt Co. Support will work with you to verify further steps needed.

If your return is approved, store credit will be provided in the form of a gift card within 5 business days of item being received by Cozy Mama Shirt Co.

If you are seeking a replacement, once the returned item has been received and the replacement approved, a new item will be provided to you based off of the turnaround times posted at the time of approval.

Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
